A Note on Shipping
At B&C Specialty Products we are committed to
providing the best customer service possible. We will make every reasonable
effort to insure that your order is securely and accurately packed for
shipping—and that it arrives in a timely fashion.
In order to avoid potential inconvenience or
misunderstanding, please consider the following when selecting from among the
shipping options—
SHIPPING
CALCULATOR
The
shipping calculator is for informational purposes only! It is ONLY an estimate and NOT a qoute. For a shipping qoute please call our office at 316/283-8000.
TIME OF
ORDER
The time of day in which your order is placed can affect when it can be
processed and packaged for shipment.
Although we often ship within 24 hours, please allow up to 3 business
days for “Ground” orders to be processed.
Please remember also that items ordered via Internet, over the weekend,
or on a holiday will not be shipped until the next business day, at the
earliest. Normally, we do not charge your credit card until the item is ready for shipment.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
The availability of our
products can change from time to time.
The great majority of our products
are in stock, with immediate availability. We may run short occasionally which
can affect the shipping date. Should
there be a delay in processing your order, we will advise you of the situation
and seek further instructions.
SHIPPING SCHEDULE
All carriers, UPS and
FedEx, BEGIN counting shipping time on the business day FOLLOWING the day of
pick-up. For example: an item ordered (and processed) on a Monday, with
requested 3rd Day shipping, would be scheduled for delivery by UPS
or FedEx on Thursday—simply add 3 additional business days to the date of your
order.
INSURANCE &
CONFIRMATION
If you desire insurance on
your package, you must request it.
Please call for additional fees for this service. An electronic “Shipping Confirmation” is
available free to customers who provide an email address with their order. This message is sent the day the order is
shipped and will confirm the package carrier, tracking number, and expected
delivery date.
AOG
We are happy to try and meet your AOG needs, whenever
practical, and will strive to expedite processing in our facility – without
additional “handling” fees. Please
advise us of time-critical needs when ordering, so that we may better serve
you.
MINIMUM SHIPPING COSTS
There will be a
$5.00 minimum shipping charge on all orders so that we may cover our shipping
and packaging costs.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
We strive to give you the best possible pricing on
shipping. Any order shipped outside of the continental United States may
encounter significantly higher costs.
PLEASE call if you need the exact amount for shipping. Shipping charges shown on the shipping screen
are not reliable and are for informational purposes only. Please contact us by phone or email with your
full shipping address and we will provide a quote for you. International orders are subject to
additional customs/brokerage charges for fees, duties, and taxes, all of which
are the responsibility of the customer.
These additional charges can be quite costly in some countries. Please seek information from your local
customs office before placing your order.
We strongly recommend UPS or FedEx for shipping, both
for reliability and trackability. If postal is still requested, we recommend
Global Express and will not ship via Global Priority. Please keep in mind that we do not file
insurance claims, should the package be lost or damaged.
When you
place an order, you are agreeing to pay the shipping charges whether or not you
accept the shipment. B&C
is NOT responsible for charges that customs/brokers may charge you at your
country’s border. You are responsible to
inform yourself of any possible charges regarding imports/customs.
